Everything you need to know to help your child have a great experience at Little Wonders.
Center Hours
We are closed on major holidays and for scheduled center breaks. Families will be notified in advance of any closures.
What to Bring
Please label all items with your child's name. The following items should be brought each day:
- A complete change of clothes (labeled)
- Diapers and wipes (if applicable)
- Nap mat or blanket (for napping children)
- Any required medications with completed authorization forms
- Sunscreen (labeled, with written permission)
- Weather-appropriate clothing for outdoor play
Staying Connected
We believe strong communication between home and school is essential. Teachers will share daily updates, and we encourage families to reach out with any questions or concerns at any time. Open, honest communication is the foundation of our partnership with families.
Attendance & Absences
Regular attendance helps children build routines and relationships. If your child will be absent, please notify us as early as possible. Consistent attendance supports your child's development and helps our teachers plan effectively.
Health & Safety
The health and safety of every child in our care is our top priority. Children who are ill should remain at home until they are symptom-free. We follow all state licensing requirements and maintain a clean, safe environment at all times. Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or special health needs.

Complete all required forms before your child's first day. Some can be filled out right here online — others are downloadable PDFs you can type in, save, and bring in.
Childcare Enrollment Application
Download the fillable PDF — type directly in the form, save, and bring it in or email it back.
Child Medical / Health Statement
Health statement completed by your child's healthcare provider.
Emergency Contact & Authorization Form
List emergency contacts and authorize who may pick up your child.
Photo & Media Release
Authorize Little Wonders to use photos/videos of your child for center activities.
Medication Authorization Form
Required if your child needs medication administered during center hours.
Sunscreen / Topical Application Permission
Authorize staff to apply sunscreen or other topical products to your child.
